Stopped in on Tuesday for the shrimp special dinner. Shrimp were humongous! Quite a meal!!! Keep up the great food and great service! And bye the way…the waitresses are top notch!!!“
“My go to for new places is always a chicken salad sandwich, and I must say I give the flood city cafe the credit for having the best. The sandwich tasted homemade and the croissant was beyond crispy but also the right amount of fresh. The macaroni could use more cheese but also tasted very fresh and homemade. Lastly the ice coffee we got was a 10/10. I’ve tried a lot of coffee and yet again, this coffee would probably be one of my favorites I’ve ever tried. Definitely recommend stopping by. Great energy from staff and beautiful cafe.“

“The Steakhouse Special is phenomenal. Cooked to order, the 16-ounce carnivore's delight is truly special. I enjoyed the chicken and dumplings soup as a starter, then followed that with a great salad with a feta dressing. Onion rings were better than average, and the twice baked potato wasn't embarrassed to accompany the juicy steak. I will return and strongly suggest you make a visit when in the area.“

“My family visited for lunch on a weekday this week and it was very busy, but we still got a table (we were just going to eat in the park if we couldn't find a seat). Our food came quickly despite the busyness. The staff was friendly and helpful! My toddler got curious about the light switches by our table and switched their kitchen lights off and I didn't know ???♀️... they were very nice about it haha. I got a mushroom burger and finished it in less than 5 minutes. It was delicious! I've been telling everyone and we can't wait to go back.“

“It's so hard to pick a favorite menu item. My go-to is ALWAYS the twisted Hawaiian aloha pizza. I've never had a pizza that good before. The chicken philly(forget what they call it) is out of this world. Today we tried the Buffalo chicken breadsticks and OMG game changer!!! So good! The staff is great and the owner is so super nice! My 6 yr old is obsessed with the kids pizza - comes with fries and a Kool Aid drink. He loves having his "own meal". Thanks guys, keep it up!“
“My wife stopped for dinner on our kid free date night. Our first time her. The service was great. Nice place. The only issue was I requested my sandwich, no bacon. You guessed it bacon on it. Not strips where I could pull it off. But chopped up with the other meat and covered in cheese. They offered to make a new one, we didn't really have time for that. The waitress was very nice about it and they took the meal off my bill. My wife was very happy with her meal. The menu looked great. I'd like to try a burger, but I don't know if it's worth the hour drive for disappointing results.Vegetarian options: Salad“
“We went there one late evening and was pleasantly surprised. The buffet was great... Soups, salads, and fruits were yummy. Staff was amazing, so friendly, and accommodating. The restaurant is wheelchair accessible and they are open until 11pm, but the buffet closes at 9pm.“
“As iconic as the floods of Johnstown, Murphys wings are a must have. For 30 plus years I have eaten and had libations at Murphys and I think every single time I was greeted by the owner. Not in many places does that happen.This is not a franchise, it stands for the hard work and dedication that this town was built on. You get the sense that you are back in the hey dey of the mills when you stop by as everyone is friendly and the atmosphere is welcoming and unassuming. There is not a word I can say that describes Murphys but there aren't enough words to say how good it is.“
“I decided to give the restaurant a try as I didn't even know about it until recently. The service was great and the food( I highly recommend the meatloaf and Mac and cheese) was excellent. The portions were quite large and prices were cheaper than most. I'll definitely be returning.“
“My girlfriend and I came in for lunch and I ordered nine sweet devil wings, six cracked, and three Buffalo ranch. Instead of the cracked they gave me garlic parmasean and instead of the Buffalo ranch they gave me three honey mustard. It was good but I didn't get what I fully ordered and I really wanted to try the tolgate cracked wings. The waitress was extremely nice and we waited about 30-40 minutes. My girlfriend enjoyed her salad though so that's good.“
“You can't judge a book by it's cover. This isn't the nicest, biggest, fanciest building on the block but man do they have some good sammiches. I stumbled across their menu while searching for an eatery for our visit to Johnstown and this menu had a group, and a budget friendly menu. If I didn't have GPS on I would have passed this place, we never expected this little establishment to serve such great food. Between four of us, and two visits, there wasn't a menu item we didn't like.“
“This place was amazing. My best friend was in from out of town and we decided to just try somewhere new and we were not disappointed! Our server Brandy was fantastic, she made great suggestions, didn’t hesitate to help make tweaks to our food and drink order, and was very attentive and very pleasant and smiling.The food and drinks were phenomenal. The millionaires bacon was delicious and so were our brown sugar bourbon burgers…except we swapped the burger for chicken and it was amazing.
