“Oh my gosh, such a beautiful place to dine! We got wings as our app and they were probably some of the best wings I’ve ever eaten! Also I MUST add that Page (I believe that’s how you spell it) our waitress, was WONDERFUL! She was attentive and kind and gave good input on the short rib (which was incredible!) highly recommend to anyone looking for a finer dining experience and definitely ask for Page to be your waitress! We will absolutely be dining here again in the future! 😊“

“My wife and I had an early dinner at JBT today. 2/17/2026. She had the bacon wrapped stuffed chicken breast and I had the wild mushroom soup and seafood scampi. Meals were excellent! Our server Drew was also excellent! Very friendly and attentive. Give that man a raise!! Highly recommend.“

“My husband and I stumbled across this place by accident and so glad we did! At first I was a little put off by the prices BUT it was well worth it. The food was delicious and a large portion. Our waitress was super sweet ( short little blonde) will definitely be back if we are ever in the area again 😁“

“As we were coming down the turnpike, we decided to stop in Bedford for dinner. This Hoss's was right at the exit. It was a Saturday night, roughly 6pm and they sat us immediately. The waitress was very kind and took our order and got drinks right away. The salad bar was very clean and loaded with good food! Our dinners were delicious, especially the flat iron steak 🥩, I would highly recommend it!! The dessert selection was also very good 👍...keep up the great work!“

“Stayed at Bedford Springs for the weekend and had two excellent dinners at 1796. My wife and I both had the filet mignon, and shrimp cocktail appetizer the first night, duck and shrimp pasta the following night. French onion soup, also. Emily and James were wonderful servers. Raspberry cake for dessert was delicious. Really enjoyed our evenings.“
