We loved getting to photograph a wedding at Omni Bedford Springs Resort over the weekend. There were gorgeous views both indoors and outside in ever direction.
My recent birthday celebration at 1796 Restaurant in Bedford at Omni Bedford Springs was a delightful experience from start to finish. I was pleased they could accommodate our online reservation the day before, especially since I prefer a later dinner. Upon arrival, we were warmly welcomed and served by Michelle, who ensured everything went smoothly. Wonderful breakfast buffet! Omelet station chef was wonderful! Server was wonderful!
Also had dinner there that day, very nice. Same amazing server, she was fantastic (9/19, she worked all day, don't remember her name)! Lamb was on point! Duck was meh. Great experience.
(There was a wedding a floor above us. We honestly thought they might crash on top of us with how much the ceiling was BENDING. The chandeliers were clanging and shaking. SCARY!)

The Crystal Room at the Omni Bedford Springs is a favorite place to eat while on vacation. It offers a wonderful menu with extraordinary service and a local source approach. The restaurant provides excellent service and delicious cuisine. Servers like Steven, Ashley, Haley, and Stephen are amazing, knowledgeable, and fun to talk with. For a special anniversary, the server offered a special cocktail toast. The meal was delicious, with ample portions. Diners split the spinach and pear salad with gorgonzola. Entrees included poached lobster tail and lamb chops with orzo. The scrumptious chocolate layer cake with decaf coffee finished the meal. Todd, the sommelier, offered his expertise to enhance the dining experience by pairing the wine. The restaurant accommodates food allergies. The ambience coupled with the service and chefs artistry makes a complete dining experience. The Crystal Room is a favorite among all dining options at the Springs property.
