To the staff member wearing a pink hat, your position is to assist with customer service. Please don’t make it so obvious that you are annoyed with people who sit down and need a table cleared. Throw your rag down at home and not in disgust at paying customers. Hope your attitude improves“

“I've been coming here on and off since opening experienced a few things but always came back. tonight our waitress was probably the best one we've had there. Ann Marie! she deserves recognition. checked on us, very pleasant and doesn't rush and takes her time with you. We hope we get her again! In the past service was always lacking. Not tonight!“

“Local watering hole. This is a bar in Altoona, Pennsylvania, so you can use your imagination as to what local means. Hint: more than one racial slur was overheard. The food is okay, it’ll do. Smoking permitted which is nice. Friendly bartender. Televisions, jukebox. I was the youngest person present by at least 30 years.“

“We sat at the bar and ang was our bartender and she's a rockin bartender! I love the wonton tacos and pretzel and if you get them during happy hour they are half the price. Doesnt get better than that. Derek was the manger on duty and he checked on us to see if everything was good more than once, I highly recommend altoona applebees.“

“Service was good they don't have a lot of room for big party's. Was a little upsetting when the last time I went there on a Friday and we were supposed to have 5 people in our party and they offered us a high boy where one person has to stand at the end. Or the small room right inside the door that was freezing cold.“

Might I suggest the All American classic go to or perhaps the seasonal Fall Gobbler. Finish off with a creme brulee or tart pie desert“

“Heather really makes this place awesome. She always has a smile and is always friendly. She is also an awesome cook. Nice selection of beer and liquor. This place won't disappoint.
