Tried - Captain Lou Albano burger (could barely eat 1/2) - Ball Four Meatball sub (monsterous) - Clubhouse Turkey sandwich. All Five-Stars, atmosphere and waitress! Will be back.“

“I havent been to Applebee's in a while but they were nearby while traveling and their latest menu options looked pretty decent. I ordered the Bourbon Chicken Skillet which was outstanding although heavy on the garlic. It was quite flavorful and a reason to come back. Staff was extra courteous and the atmosphere is typical for the chain. Ive already planned a family dinner night to come back since the prices were quite decent.“

“Had lunch there today as part of our office's quest to find the best pizza in State College. I was impressed with their new lunch menu that let's you pick from 3 crusts and any toppings by the slice at a reasonable price. The flakey crust was unconventional but very tasty. I went to the Hi-Way downtown in college but have largely forgotten it but was pleasantly surprised today and will go back for lunch much more often. Will they win our office vote for the best pizza? Not sure but I suspect they are in the running.“

“Great spot to catch a game, grab solid bar food, and enjoy the classic State College energy. The atmosphere has that fun college-town buzz without trying too hard, and the staff keeps things moving even when it gets packed.

The food was better than expected for a busy sports bar — good wings, good drinks, and plenty of TVs to make you forget you said “I’ll only stay for one quarter.” A lively, dependable downtown hangout with a fun crowd and relaxed vibe.“
