“Pizza steak is the best around but the house cut fries with gravy are the best! There's a reason they've been around forever and a day.. don't miss out on this very fine establishment.Parking: Plenty of free parking in the front lot.“
“Altoona and visitors, don’t go anywhere else. Fantastic salad bar, great steaks (and I mean GREAT steaks) and sandwiches. It’s our “go to” place every year when visiting the area!Kid-friendliness: Great stuff for the kidsWheelchair accessibility: Flat entrance“
“I'd like to give this place a 4.5 ⭐Service was great. I can't recall the waiter's name but he was great! I've had some great steaks and some just ok steaks, but the food on average has been pretty good. The brussel sprouts are amazing.“
“Everything was very good. One person ordered shrimp and fries. The cook was very generous with the portions and the plate truly was picture perfect. This person also enjoyed the clam chowder that was featured. Two of us had the soup and salad bar which was well stocked. Our server made excellent Arnold Palmer teas. We will certainly return when we're in the area.Wheelchair accessibility: The restaurant had nice wide aisles and a clean, well stocked restroom. Adequate handicap parking, too.“
“The food was pretty good. We ate at hoss's in Dubois it was like 60-70 dollars for 2 people. And it sucked! Texas roadhouse was like 40$ including a tip and so much better. They have good homemade rolls and whipped cinnamon butter. Very yummy! But the atmosphere is a bit too much for me. They are very busy so there was a bit of a wait but it wasn't too bad. It's very crowded and loud in there. I'd prefer a more quiet and relaxing atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and booster seats and a kids menu.“
