“The food was pretty good. We ate at hoss's in Dubois it was like 60-70 dollars for 2 people. And it sucked! Texas roadhouse was like 40$ including a tip and so much better. They have good homemade rolls and whipped cinnamon butter. Very yummy! But the atmosphere is a bit too much for me. They are very busy so there was a bit of a wait but it wasn't too bad. It's very crowded and loud in there. I'd prefer a more quiet and relaxing atmosphere.Kid-friendliness: They have high chairs and booster seats and a kids menu.“
“I'd like to give this place a 4.5 ⭐Service was great. I can't recall the waiter's name but he was great! I've had some great steaks and some just ok steaks, but the food on average has been pretty good. The brussel sprouts are amazing.“
“I found this gem of a place while working in Altoona Pa.. I was driving and saw Sipes Smokehouse BBQ to my left and then I immediately made a "U-turn" and doubled back... I'm so glad I did. I had the 1/2 pound Smoked Brisket Sandwich dinner platter with Mac and Cheese and baked beans.. Absolutely phenomenal. These guys know what they're doing and they mean business! It is good to know places like this do exist, you just have to be lucky enough to find them. Thanks Sipes Smokehouse BBQ!“
“Didn't know it was possible to get good BBQ on this side of the Mason Dixon. It's definitely worth it, worth the prices, and worth stopping in. Anyone who doesn't love this place has obviously never been south and had real BBQ.“
