Had to wait 10mins in an empty drive thru for a mobile order that consisted of a single Iced Coffee. The worker said "please take a minute to look over our menu and I'll be right with you". After 5mins of not answering I said hello and the worker said the same thing. After 10mins they finally asked how they could help me and all I had was a moblie order that still wasn't even ready when I pulled up. This was at 2:30 in the afternoon with no other cars in the drive thru.

It was an ice storm with no customers for the last hour. My fries looked older than an hour under a heat lamp. Burger was cold, n chicken sandwich was a rock.

My daughters and I decided to eat BK (Altoona, PA) on 12/27/24 in the evening since we were close to this location at the time. We ordered and waited for our meals to be prepped. We received our order only to later find one of the workers hair inside of a chicken sandwich. It was replaced but still unacceptable. The next day we all started experiencing sickness from Nausea, Abdominal pains, Vomiting, and Diarrhea. Another worker (appeared to be the cook) was the only one wearing a mask and was probably Ill, yet still making orders. We are still recovering from this awful experience. I encourage other customers to be more mindful than we were, but we were hungry and didn't think we would be affected in this way. I currently do not recommend this location.

Stopped here Christmas Eve and the staff was super sweet and food was hot and fresh. Also stopped inside to use the bathroom and it was pristine. Great job guys! Have a happy holiday!

I was crying inside the Burger King because I was having a really rough day. My snot was dripping down so much that it looked like yellow ketchup on my fries. An employee noticed my teary eyes, so he offered me a napkin to wipe them away. He said, “What’s wrong, buddy?” I told him, “My friend Luigi is in deep trouble, and I don’t know what to do.” He sighed, stared at me, and said, “I know what you’re going through. Your secrets stay safe with me.”
Then I proceeded to have a 10-hour conversation where I talked about my deepest, darkest secrets to this employee—stuff that I’d kept bottled up in my chest for so long that I felt a physical release when I could share what I did with him. I was so worried that I would be judged, punished, or humiliated. But he listened with open ears without a big reaction, just a nod and a sense of “I understand you and I forgive you.” And I know he kept his word because I’m not in jail.
Needless to say, the McDonald’s down the street didn’t have a guy like I had in Burger King. Last I heard my friend was talking to a guy named Remy… apparently had buck teeth and spilt a lot of beans… weird because I didn’t think McDonald’s had beans.
Anyway, the burgers were great—charbroiled, 10/10 no notes.
