“We stopped in this week to check out the donuts. They are layered and fluffy and the toppings are yummy. All the staff working that day that we interacted with were very nice and helpful. The shop was clean and loved the atmosphere with trains and cameras and such sitting around. There was even a group of people doing crafts at one of the tables hanging out. The strawberry açaí refresher and the hot chocolate were also very good. All around A+++ experience.“

“1st shift is awesome. Drinks are made right and quick. I've been getting the same drink almost daily for 5 years. 2nd shift for the past year has continuously failed to perform and today when the girl messes up my drink and doesn't even bother to fill it all the way (almost a full inch from the top) so I ask to have it topped off with Ice or coffee she proceeds to give an attitude. Then I get home with my coffee and not only does it not have almost any cream but it also has regular sugar and my son's mocha coffee had no cream either. This is the 5th time that this girl herself has messed up my drink. I have a drink left over from yesterday that's been in my fridge all day and is half empty-this one had the correct amount of cream and is about 10 shades lighter in color. Second shift is also incredibly slow for drive thru service so to make this many mistakes when it takes forever with almost no/zero cars in the drive thru is crazy.“
