Very disappointed in Dunkin' Donuts. when we got up to the window after making our order the girl that took the order went on break. so then 2 other people came up to finish the order and gave us the order behind us and we had already paid for ours. and then he tried to give us the pay for theirs it was an absolute disaster beware. So if you're taking the order finish the order before you go on break.

A total Karen got a pickup order for donuts and was being passive aggressive and gaslighting the staff. Some people have no decency. The staff maintained professionalism and did everything they could to keep her happy. Well done.Visit 6/1/23 at around 8:15
