Why did you take Orange Cranberry muffins off your menu????When I go into Panera to meet up.with friends, I get 1 to eat there & 4-6 (depending on how many are there), to take home.I was very disappointed in the current pastry menu.Guess I have to find somewhere else to get my Orange Cranberry muffins!

The cashier taking our order did not know basic details of the bread or ingredients of the menu. Granted I do not eat at Panera regularly but come on. When I told her I could not hear her, she lowered her voice to a whisper. My husband asked what did they have that was spicy. We have no idea what she ordered for him. The girl the cashier went to ask a question could have cared less. Sons sandwich had too much horseradish, so couldn't taste anything and never got lettuce on it. Husbands sandwich was tasteless. Daughter asked for small salad and got a whole large one. My sandwich had refrigerator tasting cold bacon, tasteless spread and yucky tomatoes. I like tomatoes but rhey were nasty. Wish my side was an apple but we all were given chips that were horrible. Tables dirty and not wiped off. Sixty bucks later and I'm not coming back. Any management around??? Apparently not. Panera centres are normally rated above 4.....This one unfortunately wasn't that great(very rare to see such a thing with Panera).......Food wasn't that great and cleanliness is something that I would show concern here since (below par as compared to the other Panera centres).
If this was the first time I had ever been to a Panera bread, I would never go back. The tuna sandwich and the steak sandwich had so little meat on them, we couldn't even taste the meat. The bread was excellent.

Their lids are much stronger than their straws. Will smash and cut them so that way they squirt drink in your eye. Bagels so burnt they will cut your tongue. Stuff is priced in a different tax bracket than altoona people can afford. Shouldn't be here.

Spend more than $62 here to feed 4 children and 4 adults. Ordered broccoli cheese soup and mac and cheese. The amount of food was ridiculous for what I paid. The mac and cheese barely fed 4 small children. They give you a quart container that is filled 3/4 full. They give you a quart of soup and this didn't even give each adult a cup of soup. Truly sad to pay this amount of money for mac and cheese and soup and not be able to sufficiently feed everyone in your group. will never go back
