Its a Panera, like every other Panera. Broccoli soup is always bomb.
Food item was missing.
I went to report it to staff, and the employee walked past me 3 separate times without acknowledging that I was standing at the counter unattended. I finally got a supervisor after another employee was able to come over after completing the drink orders they were working on.
The supervisor was nice, apologetic, and fixed the missing food promptly. I dont know what came of the employee, but that left a sour taste for me that they have staff who blatantly...read full review

I went there a couple times to try something different, and I am really glad that I did. They have great selections and wonderful food! Plus if you work anywhere in the Logan Towne Center, it's really great and within walking distance, and it's THE spot to go!!
