I go to starbucks every day and it depends on who I'm dealing with, some workers are kind people. but today and other days your employees are rude over mistakes instead of allowing us to resolve things together. They keep serving drinks with defective cups. I have received THREE burns over this past month. I have called the manager to warn them but nothing has been done. The cup rims are flattened! I will also mention that the lines are the slowest around and there is no flavor consistency.
