Never had a problem here im usually dining in but a few times went thru Drive-thru no problem, besides experiencing a busy place or staff, which is part for the course for any fast food.place. Great place tbh
Please tell me why it took 20 mins to pick up our online breakfast order with 4 cars ahead of us. Each car took at least 5 mins. I’ve never experienced this at a McDonald’s before….
Waited and waited forever to get noticed. About 7 different employees walked past me numerous times. No lids for the soda cup I got. Tables were filthy. Should have went to Wendy’s

McDonald's offers professional and polite service, with workers who are attentive to detail, ensuring correct orders and even providing extra napkins. The drive-through experience is pleasant, with staff offering greetings and well-wishes. They accommodate mistakes kindly, making for enjoyable experiences. The food is consistently delicious, and the staff is generally friendly and quick. Customers appreciate the polite and prompt service from employees, especially those like Peightyn, who go above and beyond. However, there are occasional issues, such as being stingy with sauces—sometimes only one sauce per two people—and instances where orders are not filled properly. There have also been reports of unpleasant behavior from a woman claiming to be a manager. The ice cream machine may sometimes be out of service late at night. Overall, the management has improved recently, but the restaurant could benefit from more employees like the dedicated staff members.
