“Today my daughter went in and asked if they did the free nugget offer online for good report cards, the manager said unfortunately no, but said he would buy her meal for her anyways and asked about her report card. Not sure of his name but the team member that rung her out was named Jesus. Just wanted to recognize both employees for doing a good deed. It took her a lot of courage to go in and ask and when she told me what the manager did it made me feel good knowing there are still kind people in the world. Thank you!“

“Hello, I'm from Pittsburgh and have traveled to Altoona for my son's track meets. The food always looks good and tastes good. The restaurant is clean. Service is excellent.
The grease is changed when needed. This is important as you know but others dont. I had another restaurant serve me food from old grease and told me it was the new batter!!! 😂 The food was dark brown and hard. This stores food is always that golden color and just delicious!!! When I'm in town, Long Johns is my go to!!! Keep up the good work in this store.

“I really appreciate the drive-thru staff. I always end up ordering late but they are always pleasant and helpful. The man who has helped me the last couple of times was great and even wished me a safe evening. Thanks for the special care.“

“We order lunch at this location quite often and we're 90% satisfied for the last 3 years. Some days are a little off. I'm a big fan of the market fresh honey mustard chicken wrap, and the jalapeño poppers are the bomb. I do wish there was an option to have burgers cooked well done though. The classic roast beef has a lot less beef than it used to. It's a typical eat-in experience, so we usually order through mobile for pickup and that works fine.“

And this place is probably the first to serve us burgers that actuallu looked like they came straight off the sign. Absolutely wonderful meal. And presentation was as perfect as perfect gets. “Easily the best Burger King I've ever been to. Time after time their service is exceptional. Every one of their crew goes above and beyond to make sure I'm happy, and get the food right. It sucks because they spoiled me for every other BK, I don't think the service and quality of this particular one can be matched. Also shout out Derrick who also personally goes the extra mile to make sure you feel important. That kinda service doesn't come in fast food much, so I feel like credit is due.“

“They have a great team working inside the local Wendy's. I appreciate the way they talk to the customers and try to help you figure out what you really want to order. They also keep it quite clean, even the restrooms are usually in good condition. The atmosphere with the fabulous food options are a nice place to go grab breakfast, lunch, or dinner. “Went to this location late at night and didn't realize the cash registers close before the restaurant. Having brought only cash, I was about to leave and come back another time. However, an employee named Owen used his card so I could use my cash without having to make another trip in the rain. Overall a wonderful experience and I got my food so I couldn't be happier! “Always have a great meal when we stop. Today was no exception. The only issues I had was spending $43 and not getting credit in my rewards account even though I scanned it, and then after opening my sandwich it was steak instead of chicken. They were too busy to even let them know and it wasn’t a hassle but kinda disappointed us with it being made wrong. Still always a step above Subway.“

“So tonight about 8 minutes till closing. There were 2 younger male employees working. I opened the door and asked if I could come in. As they were in the middle of cleaning up which they should have been doing anyway. They both agreed to let me come in to get my two subs which they didn't have to do. And made my experience there a great one. They dealt with my indecisiveness for a second with a smile and let me take my time. So hats off to the two gentlemen that we're working tonight.“
