Wendy's in Altoona offers great food at affordable prices with consistent orders and a non-bloating feeling. The kitchen cleanliness can be improved, but the service is good. The location on 1300 7th stands out for its excellent management and honoring orders. However, the soda machine at this location needs attention as it lacked ice and had water leakage issues.
