When we visited about 1/4 of the flavors were pouring out liquid into our cups. The whipped cream was empty. The toppings were plentiful & that area was clean. The tables and chairs were not wiped off and the plastic light fixtures hanging above us were filthy. Overpriced with poor customer service.
We like this location. There is a variety of flavors (some are constant but some change), much sitting space, free parking, and the ability to self design portions and toppings. My only comment is that tables and toppings areas are not always clean. There were times when I wanted to add something to my ice cream but couldn’t due to messiness.
Basic non-dairy vanilla being a staple is my only request. We would be there more if there was at least one normal flavor for non dairy, vanilla preferred as you can make it chocolate with add ins. Not into all the weird flavors so I get a little bummed, but the dairy free shake is the only alternative and it is satisfactory at best. We went to get a gift card and couldn't say no when my little one requested a small treat.
