I bought the $5 deal here in Altoona yesterday.....A few hours after I had eaten the food I got the worst stomach ache ever ! Almost passed out...I was going to call 911 but couldn't get off the floor...I have gotten cold soggy tacos at this Altoona location a while ago but I let it slide ..Ok I have had enough of the pain..This is what happened to me... Maybe you will have better luck ....

This is the worst service I have ever had at a fast food restaurant!! 4 vehicles in the drive thru ordered after I did while I put my order inside and got their food before i did. This is an issue that should not happen. Orders should be made according to when they were placed. I an not sure how this facility has 4 stars? I'm not sure if I will ever ho back again!!!

Went late at night so I wasn't expecting much however it was horrible! My food was rock hard couldn't even bite into it. This isn't my first having this issue with this Taco bell. Sadly I should have learned my lesson last time. And no idea what's wrong the girl in the drive thru but the kid was rude as hell. Do better!!!

Can’t order at the counter which is pure laziness especially when that gives them more time to make the food correctly which they always manage to mess up completely. I’ll drive the extra 10 minutes to Chestnut ave Taco Bell because this one is horrible. Manager is a joke and don’t care if your food gets messed up or not. Found scum floating in my drink when putting the straw into the cup and tacos had hardly any meat and forgot the cheese in the family pack tacos.

Family and I had take out through drive-thru. They were pretty busy that evening just FYI. Our order was messed up and some of the food was not cooked correctly 😔 we didn't have any time to go back to have everything fixed so I called and spoke with the manager on duty and explained what was wrong. Manager was very apologetic and wrote my name down somewhere in their office and told me next time I come through they would make it right 😁 And that's exactly what happened when my family and I went back 😁 I remembered to keep my receipt so I had proof of everything I ordered previously and they remade everything fresh for me and my family and everything was on the house 😁🙌😁
It's awesome to know that theirs still decent humans out there wanting to correct the mistakes regardless If it was their own personal mistakes or not....
had a order placed for a crunch wrap supreme, 3 potato tacos and nacho fries… found a piece of hair that was so attached to the food it seems as it was cooked into it, the nacho fries tasted like they been sitting the whole day, the potato tacos was some half a** work. i called taco bell to tell them about the hair an the lady said she couldn’t do anything about it. don’t recommend and will be letting everybody i know as well that it is horrible.

I didn't understand why the lady in front of us was so irritated and mouthing off until we stepped up to order. No one takes your order anymore. They REQUIRE you to order through a stupid app or at their greasy kiosk. Positively outrageous that no one will take your order. When I politely interrupted the folks in the back and asked, they said NO! We got pissed and just left and went through the drive-through. After seeing our struggles, the older couple behind us just left altogether, and I don't blame them. I should have taken a pic, but now a "regular" size drink now literally fits in the palm of your hand like a softball. What a joke for the price. Just when you think customer service can't get any worse in this world... way to go Taco Bell Altoona, this is an all-time pathetic.

1st time as a Frenchman in this restaurant chain... it didn't necessarily disappoint me even if it's a fairly simple dish.
The products are fresh, I recommend to try.
PS: STOP putting the air conditioning at -20 degrees when it’s 15 degrees outside, it’s just horrible!
