We went here to get dinner for the first time and it was a great experience. I got chicken tenders and fries and they were excellent. My Mom got pieroges which looked fantastic and she enjoyed, though I didn't try them myself. Our server Jana was easygoing and friendly and got us everything we needed. From Buffalo (Mecca of chicken wings) - TO2nd had some of the dankest wings I’ve ever had. Big, Crispy, Juicy. Highly recommend them. The next time I come through Altoona, I’m making sure to stop here again.
This place is a great place to grab a decent lunch/dinner and have a drink. Nice cozy bar atmosphere. It isn't just a bar with a menu as an afterthought it is a nice place for both good food and good drinks. If you are visiting anywhere near Altoona or interstate 99, you should consider Taps on 2nd. Waitstaff were very professional and friendly.
