This was my first time at Sushi Hatsu, and it absolutely exceeded my expectations. The food was nothing short of amazing — fresh, flavorful, and beautifully presented. The staff was warm and welcoming, and the sushi chef was both engaging and clearly passionate about his craft. The restaurant was spotless, creating a comfortable and inviting atmosphere. I left already looking forward to my next visit. A true gem in Ambler!
I was not going write a review after my past first time experience a bit ago as everything was absolutely perfect (top notch service, beautiful dishes both presentation and taste, and overall stunning and quality vibes) but my one issue was with the hostess who was there at my first visit. Not sure what her name was or what her problem was but she had black curly hair and a major bad attitude! Tried to just ignore it but it definitely had an impact one our first impression.

This place is absolutely phenomenal! A must try for any sushi lover, but their unique menu has something for everyone. Every item on the menu was the best I’ve ever had. It was truly an experience. The short rib empanada, lobster ravioli, Patagonian toothfish, spicy calamari, Kobe tataki….all amazing. The chefs are artists using the best quality ingredients and the owner was kind and welcoming.
