Stopped in for lunch with two budds. We were served quickly and then were able to have a pleasant conversation as we ate. Very good food.

As a California native I’ve been super picky about Mexican food since I moved here. Taqueria El Habanero ABSOLUTELY hits every expectation ! The food is incredible, super authentic and the customer service is immaculate. We eat there a few times a month and the staff is so caring and already recognizes our order. They truly go above and beyond to know their customers and serve the local community.

I called ahead and ordered the steak burrito with a side of fries, and oh my goodness, it was an absolute perfect combination! I wasn’t expecting such a generous portion of fries, but they were incredibly delicious. They also gave me two fresh, homemade salsas, and they were absolutely amazing! Unfortunately, I live 3 hours away, so you’re the lucky one if you live here or happen to be in the area!

We love this place. Our favorites are the chicken quesadilla, the tostada, and Mexican corn street nachos. Takeout from here is a go-to! Reasonably priced, delicious food!

Birrias are not true birrias. Dry as tree bark. Ordered 7 dishes and they were done in 10 minutes. Some would say that’s great but it’s not. Quesadillas cheese was fully solid shredded cheese not melted whatsoever

YEEEEEESSS!!! This place is what I've been searching for in this neighborhood for forever, and what I've been missing so much since leaving the city! It's just like the Mexican places you find in South Philly. Everything is so fresh. They make their quesadillas on huge homemade corn tortillas with queso oaxaca. The al pastor is so flavorful and juicy. The salsas are spicy and incredible. I am in love and will be buying this food on repeat. Thank you!!
