“Crumbl left me feeling a little crumbled. I feel this place is more of an experience than anything else. Presentation is great, service was pleasantly standard, and the atmosphere felt Gucci. Their offerings are extremely sweet, sugar overload. Tasted as if there were too many unneeded ingredients. However, your mileage may vary if you’re into enamel tingling sweet. I did the experience, but am left with a lack of interest to return for more. Wouldn’t be a bad place to take a special someone or to grab a big order for a social event. Recommend for the experience and first timers.

At the start of the semester, RMU sent an email about signing up for their birthday club to possibly win a cake! I feel so lucky, and the owners were such amazing, lovely people. We brought this cake to a friends house for soup cook-off. Although we were voting for our favorite soup, everyone agreed the lemon cake was the true winner - there were no leftovers! Our family absolutely loves Crumbl! We have some local to us and we always manage to hit any on road trips and such while out and about. How could you not want a cookie the size of a small child’s head?! The photos alone would be worth the purchase!

My daughter had her birthday club coupon to use so we stopped at the one at Robinson. There is a self service check out to place your order. We were having trouble figuring out how to get her free cookie on the self check out, and the worker happily helped us.

As always, walking into the establishment, it was very clean and refreshing. The simplicity just makes it! All of the examples of that week’s cookies were set up on the counter to get a good look at for size and design. The pretty pink color of the boxes would just make anybody’s day.
