The next day, we were able to call in the early afternoon and speak to someone to make a reservation. We were so glad we did since the place became full not long after we arrived! Our hostess, servers, and all employees were wonderful, all 5 of our entrees were fabulous, and we thoroughly enjoyed our experience here!“

“Great food and excellent service“

“Always number one!! The people there are so kind. Recently I went there to meet a group of friends and couldn’t navigate the steps on a mobility scooter. Alex, Jodi and a group of workers immediately took over helping me walk 3 steps while others picked up my scooter and carried it!! It still warms my heart. The food was excellent and service was excellent. Atmosphere has always been classy and welcoming!“

“MY friend and I went there on Saturday to celebrate our birthdays..Our server Adam was simply amazing. He patiently waited for us to decide on our drink order and went as far as to let us try the drink to see if we liked it, which we didn’t but he took it off our bill and then brought us a birthday card and wished us a happy birthday. The food was very delicious. But our main complaint comes down to Adam !! He was so fantastic and such a kind person . They truly have a rare gem in him as an employee! I hope they appreciate him because he is what makes it a truly wonderful experience there. We will definitely go back there and if we are lucky Adam will be our server.!!!“

“Stacy our server went above and beyond to provide a safe birthday lunch atmosphere with our 1 yr old unvaccinated baby. We were distant seated, our server wore mask when attending our table and provided a birthday dessert! Food was delicious! Highly recommend!“

“We looked for a great place to eat, in close proximity to our hotel. Searching the internet, Carmody's Grille seemed to stick out for us! My French Dip Sandwich was excellent, as was the Grilled Cheese with bacon! The staff made us feel at home, and Emily went above and beyond to make our visit great, including charging our dead phone! “Excellent place to have dinner. I ordered the corn and crab chowder. It was delicious and tasted like beef, corn, and crab chowder. I definitely would get that again. I also ordered the crab cakes with fries. Those guys were so yummy. It's a bit heavy on the salt but delicious. Shana was our waitress, and she kept us tended to with excellent service. We are staying at this hotel tonight, and I'm tempted to order that corn and crab chowder for a bedtime snack later because it was that good.“

“Was there for the first time Easter Dinner. Excellent food and excellent service. Enjoyed emensly...10 at our table and food was hot..and cooked to perfection..service was spot on...all thru the meal..I will be back.“

“Good atmosphere. The Primantis branding is alive and well with a character mural of local notables. Chodsky's of Pittsburgh history, landmarks are everywhere to be seen. Good sized medium Bar appx. 20 seats to be seen at the bar. The front of the place opens up with a garage front, but the privacy curtain is nice & keeps the glare off the big screens with the local games on. Tall tables encircle the bar area, where'as booths line the main walkway in towards the kitchen. Good prices for domestic beers & specials. Decent Draft selection featuring some season brews. Happy hour specials are in effect as well. Food was quick, hot and accurate. As with any Primantis, the portions are exceptional. I got some takeout and the box for the sandwich was smaller than the fries. I thought that should be switched out, size wise but the design was cool. Gotta make due with the branding/design. Not a bad spot for a strip mall bar/restaurant. Some games of chance up front if you want to try your luck.“

“We got stuck at Pittsburgh on our way home and had to check in at Hyatt hotel. This place is very convinient for travelers who wants to have a quick meal without going out of the hotel premises. Service was ok. I liked the place - not noisy. Staff were helpful and food is ok, not bad. All in all, i would still recommend this place if you want to grab some bite without going out of the hotel.“
