This location was the dirtiest CAVA I've ever seen. I'm sure it's because they were super busy, but there was trash and food and overflown trash cans all over the place and the staff couldn't have been any more uninterested in keeping the place clean. My food was fine, but the lack of cleanliness made me inspect my mobile order intently!

I rarely write reviews but will do so to try to help them improve. First time ordered; 3 dishes. Pickup. When we got home we found first one was missing dressing, 2nd one was missing rice (a core ingredient!), all three missing side Pita packages. I called 4 times and got a message saying they were busy and I'd have to call back (I could not leave a message). The fact I couldn't speak to anyone there was particularly annoying. I did write support and they did provide a partial credit but they should really improve their packaging/ordering.

We recently decided to grab CAVA on our way home, and the first CAVA we went to we did not have a good experience so we decided to just walk out and drive to the nearest CAVA which was 20 minutes away and when we arrive to the other location, which was this location, they were getting ready to close the store, but the employees were very welcoming and kind and took our order right away and even gave a sample pita chips to our kids to try just in case if they didn’t like it and we just decided to let them know how great they are doing and how wonderful we felt once we felt the CAVA hospitality. We just appreciate the fact that they made us feel appreciated and valued. I knew they was tired because it was close to closing time but they still shared a smile with us. Jeniah and Devin really blessed us. Praying for an abundance of favor and blessings over them and the establishment!

I enjoyed my food. I have only went to cava 1 prior time, and I couldn't remember what I ordered. The employees were nice to help me build a chicken bowl that I liked. It was yummy! The only problem was the parking on a Sunday afternoon. Otherwise, it was quick, efficient and work my money.
