I came in 10/02 and got a bowl. I asked for rice and then extra and the guy didn’t specify that it would cost extra. Another employee chimed in and asked why he didn’t specify it was extra and his response was “I thought they knew.” As an employee you shouldn’t be assuming anything about a customer. The guy didn’t even offer anything for his mistake. I couldn’t even get the price of the extra rice taken off. The guy should be held accountable and reprimanded. Extremely unprofessional staff working.

When I walked in, I wasn’t welcomed and when I came up to order, I ask for extra rice and didn’t know that they charged extra rice. When I asked him about it he said that he thought we already knew, assuming that we were regulars. after that when I asked for the toppings the guy was rushing me and didn’t give me time to say what I want. This is very bad customer service and they should replace those employees asap.
