IHOP

The three star rating on the atmosphere is just factual. But who expects anything more than that when they go to a pancake place? It is an IHOP. It was clean, cheery, bright and the food was delicious, as expected! I have been going to the same IHOP since 1987. When my kids were growing up, we came at least 2-3 times a month… for 20 years. I still don't understand why a member or non-member is paying hotel prices at Thousand Trail camp sites, and yet the guests are still expected to clean their cabins.Please, somebody at Thousand Trails, explain this!On a positive note, the atmosphere is beautifully quiet.The check-in office is nice, but they struggle to provide additional toilet paper for the cabin. The gentleman who showed us to our seat was very nice but we had to ask him several times to go back & get parts of the meal that we had ordered. For example, I ordered a side of bacon which was advertised in the menu as four pieces. He gave me two and I had to ask him to please get the other two slices which he did. There were 1 or 2 other items that my boyfriend who was dining with me had to ask him to go back to get which he did, no problem but my point is that all of the items...read full review
