I came into the restaurant with low expectations. Surprisingly they were unable to meet them. After ordering my chicken sandwich and waiting 10 minutes at the window, the attendant said they were just putting in, but it would be ready in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later I knocked on the window, and it still wasn’t ready. It is somewhat mind-boggling that this restaurant has no customers, 8 employees who are on the job, and are unable to make one sandwich.

So apparently if you wait 20 minutes for food, particularly cookies because the car in front of you was giving your order, the wait is supposed to be acceptable. When one manager tells the staff to have accuracy over speed and I replied. "It definitely wasn't speed, because I've been here for 20 minutes" and another manager replies rather than apologizing for the overextended wait by saying "well the gave the wrong bag away". Used mobile order, went through drive-thru. Received my order, which was incorrect. Went inside waited 20 minutes while other customers were moving with a purpose until I got my food. Manager gave me a free fry for my trouble, however, when I got back to my truck, I realized the order was STILL wrong.. very
