Still the worst McDonald's from w Philly to Frazer. This place could not be closer to my house and I still go to Bryn Mawr just for a Coke because it's that bad, every time. The manager belongs behind a counter at the DMV, the kids she's hiring will be in juvenile detention in six months, so try asking their PO for that iced tea.

I took my 3 year old granddaughter here to get her a happy meal and the experience was horrible. The happy meal was $4.98. I gave the cashier a $20 and she gave me 2 pennies change. I said I gave you a 20 and not a five. Her response was no you didn't. Well things went bad very fast. Long story short. The manager had to count the money in the draw and ended up giving me $15 back. Do you think anyone apologized for the mistake??? No! Not the manager or the cashier. They actually acted like I was wrong after I said don't you think you need to admit you were wrong. I know mistakes happen but acknowledge it accept responsibility and lastly don't blame the customer if you can't count

The staff at this establishment are unbelievably ill mannered and ill tempered. They do not care to make food the way it is ordered. If you are incapable of making a burger correctly and then are disrespectful to a customer when they come in to get their order corrected you do not deserve to have a job. Learn manners, you’re all adults… act like it.

I’ve had it with this dump! Last week the drive thru was randomly closed AGAIN and they told me to come inside. Come inside? In this economy? Mind you, the dining room was completely empty & I saw tumbleweeds. This morning the drive thru was open BUT they told me I had to pay in exact change. ? When did we teleport back to 1984?This “business” is an embarrassment, and Ronald McDonald is probably rolling in his grave.

The drive-thru is usually open but understaffed or chronically slow even for simple orders like a Happy Meal. Not sure if dine in is an option but is often closed.
I came into the restaurant with low expectations. Surprisingly they were unable to meet them. After ordering my chicken sandwich and waiting 10 minutes at the window, the attendant said they were just putting in, but it would be ready in 2 minutes. 10 minutes later I knocked on the window, and it still wasn’t ready. It is somewhat mind-boggling that this restaurant has no customers, 8 employees who are on the job, and are unable to make one sandwich.
There is a Fast Food Restaurent, McDonald's, and There is a Menu.

So apparently if you wait 20 minutes for food, particularly cookies because the car in front of you was giving your order, the wait is supposed to be acceptable. When one manager tells the staff to have accuracy over speed and I replied. "It definitely wasn't speed, because I've been here for 20 minutes" and another manager replies rather than apologizing for the overextended wait by saying "well the gave the wrong bag away". Really!!! And no one could notify the customer that cookies had to then be cooked so I could have the option to cancel my order or take the rest of my order and cancel the frickin cookies. Come on y'all...thank you for helping me with my diet- I will not be back!
