Don’t have soap and toilet paper in their restrooms. I asked the woman working there and she said they ran out of it. She then rudely left. Seriously people? Does it mean that their employees don’t wash hands?????

This is pretty much bare minimum passable boba. Got a jasmine milk tea that was fine; and got one of those mango slushy things with the mango pop balls that was absolutely nasty.

Reliable, consistent and delicious! Our go to for boba and onigiri (spam, avocado, seaweed salad, chicken teriyaki and shrimp tempura are our favorites). It's an easy snack or meal for me and my 8-yr-old son. Portable and easy, and really hits the spot when I crave sushi without the fuss. Spicy Mayo available for the bolder. I like it with my gluten-free Japanese BBQ sauce at home. Oh, and they're on Door Dash too, so it's even easier.

They’re usually pretty good with their order but I think they maybe hired a new staff for Mondays and sadly she had messed up my order. I didn’t realize she messed up the order until I got home. I wasn’t sure if it was worth the drive to go back so I had to leave a review.

When it comes to appeasing my caffeine fix coffee is still the main thing that I go for! But sometimes I appreciate a good tea and I especially enjoy being able to have it with bubbles, and when I need to satisfy that fix Kung Fu Tea is the main spot that I go to!The first thing I like about Kung Fu is the variety of beverages that you can get, from traditional teas and fruit-based ones, to regular to frozen milk teas and coffeehouse creations they have it all. And then you can even add even more customization to the option that you choose from.No matter what I always add the boba! But I've had a caramel macchiato latte tea that rivaled the lattes that I've gotten at most coffeehouses, fruit teas with jelly bubbles that BURST of tropical fruits once they hit my mouth, and a sesame matcha milkstrike tea that was as savory as it was sweet! For most bubble tea spaces you're only limited to ordering beverages. But Kung Fu Tea also has a pretty good food menu on top of their drink options. The main attraction is their onigiri rice balls that either come traditional or loaded with things like spam, teriyaki beef, shrimp tempura, and spicy crab. They also have a spicy and crunchy karaage popcorn chicken, and super delicious takoyaki balls.

What establishment gives customers the option to lose there service because of a $10 min charge for cards. Everyone in this day and age uses a card. Are y'all really to cheap to pay the fee or is a strategy to make more money?

The bubble tea here is ok. It’s not the best bubble tea I have had (discovered after I started trying bubble tea elsewhere). The location is good, and it attracts a lot of college students in the area (at least when I was in the area a few years ago).Surreal Creamery on Lancaster Avenue in Bryn Mawr has better bubble tea.

Great drinks and snacks. Relaxed/fun atmosphere. They could use a few more hands to speed up service.

Bubble tea was tasty but we came to play a game and there were no tables. They have such an open space that's just so negative and not cozy.

Can't go wrong with Bubble Tea, just forgot to request half of the sugar amount because other kung-fu tea locations always asked. Other than that they still have good bubble tea.

Good teas. Really nice flavor in the black and oolong. Some powdered mixes i presume on some flavors but overall a good spot. Little too sweet for me so glad there are sweetness options and you can change the sugar levels.

1st time here & 1st time getting crushed up oreo cookies in my boba! say whaaaaaat??? My only disappointment was I ordered a medium instead of large. I have zero desire to drink anything besides oreo milk wow. Soooo goood!!!!

Bubble tea is good, food is hit or miss. Service is terrible. Waited 30 mins for my order and they claimed on the app that my food was ready but still had to wait extra 10 mins in the store.

Best bubble tea spot in Ardmore! They could work on the interior a bit, even though I know most people get their drink to-go. It feels a bit empty and neglected. That aside, the bubble tea itself is always made to perfection! My go-to order is the classic Kung-Fu milk tea with boba and regular ice, 30% sweet.
