Staff are great the drink quality is great. I love this location (Ardmore) specifically because the staff are so kind and the drinks are very consistent. I've gone to other locations and the sweetness especially varied a lot order to order but this location is very consistent which I appreciate! I personally do the Taro Milk tea and that's my favorite drink. .
We stopped in for some milk tea and rice balls. We got brown sugar milk tea and it was delightful. We also got 4 rice balls: kani, chicken terryaki, shrimp tempera, and avocado. They were all amazing. They were warm and decent sizes. I will 100% be going back. The bathrooms were clean also.
