“Amazing tea store. The store is bright, impeccably clean, and so zen. The teas and coffee are so fresh and delicious. We tried the pearl milk tea, dark lemon coffee, and strawberry fruit sherbet. They are amazing. The bobas are fresh and chewy. The prices are surprisingly reasonable. The owner is so kind and friendly. There is a public parking lot right next to the store which is so convenient. We will definitely come back!“

“I can’t believe I’m just now leaving a review for one of my favorite spots! My husband and I LOVE Yum Cha! We usually come here for their Vietnamese iced coffee—it’s to die for. What also keeps us coming back though is the customer service and friendly atmosphere. Not only are their food and drinks great, but Alex and Tiffany are the two most kindest, most thoughtful individuals and they curated such a welcoming space that we love to visit time and time again. I’m writing this as I sip on my morning Vietnamese iced coffee and I already can’t wait to go back for my next. They are the best!!!“

“We ordered the Oreo latte and strawberry matcha, and were able to snag some seats to do work. The Oreo latte was really good, but the matcha was mediocre. It was super watery and light. I would come back for the coffee based drinks, but there are better places to get matcha at the same price point.“

“Whenever I visit my family in Media, daily visits to KFT are a must!! I’ve been a faithful KFT customer since it has opened in Media. I’ve had many bubble teas from many different places and nothing has topped KFT yet. The milk teas are my go-to. The tea is always super strong and rich and the boba always fresh and cooked to perfection. Love that they’ve added Vietnamese food to the menu— especially the banh mi and now with an option for pate! Everything is a little on the pricey side, but that’s yet deterred me coming back again and again.

The only “negative” I have to share is that I think they need to improve how they prioritize orders, especially mobile orders. I’ve often had to wait quite a long time for mobile orders to be completed, whether for food or for drinks.

I’m not sure the manager’s name (assuming he’s the manager), but he is very nice and always seems to recognize me when I come in even when I’m only in maybe once a month or so.“

Only the second time I have had a mochi donut and these were more airy than the ones I had from Virginia. “Absolutely blown away! The best milk tea I’ve had in a long time. You can really taste the premium tea leaves—it’s fragrant and perfectly balanced, not overly sweet. The tapioca pearls were incredibly fresh and had that perfect, bouncy chewiness. You can tell they use high-quality ingredients. Highly recommend trying them at 50% sugar if you want to appreciate the flavor profile! Definitely my new go-to spot.“

“Although it’s named “to-go” there are actually 2 tables inside for dine in with 4 chairs each. I got the lunch special and they brought my food out and gave me iced water with it! The sushi was fresh and delicious. The man who brought my food out even turned the fan on and put it in my direction. They are all super friendly! “I met Agnes today.. she raved about the cafe she and her sister share. Her pride and overall light when describing their cafe drew me in. We visited the cafe and ordered veggie dumplings and veggie egg rolls with fried rice and boba tea to go. “I’m a regular at this spot! My husband and I always try their drinks whenever we visit the KOP mall. They’re pretty good, and the flavors are delicious. On weekends, there’s a line, but on weekdays, it’s less crowded, and it’s easy to grab one.

My favorite so far is the lychee sunrise. It’s so tasty, and the drink is also visually appealing. People often ask me what it is when I walk around the mall with it. The drinks here are delicious, and you definitely have to try them!“
