Was shopping in Ardmore the other day and stumbled upon lentil & co which had just opened - and I’m so glad I did! I ordered two lentil bowls to go and they were delicious, healthy and reasonably priced. The atmosphere was great, and the owners and staff were so lovely - I will definitely be coming back!!
I took a chance and got the Cool Kid bowl with grilled chicken added on even though it was $20 (im a student, so this is a splurge). And you know what... it did not disappoint. Oh man, it's fresh, flavorful, decadent. I don't even usually like lentils but I am chowing on this bowl. The hummus is almost fluffy and mixing it in with everything else just tastes perfect.
