Now that poke bowls are no longer the rage in the city (people just don't know a good thing when they see it), I've been searching for places near my workplaces to fulfill my poke craving. Looks like I found a good one! It's a small little shop in Ardmore and they have tuna, salmon, shrimp, and tofu here. There are lots of sauces and a myriad of toppings. This is one of the few poke bowl spots in the area so I wanted to try. The fish selections were fine but whoever is making the sushi rice is doing it all wrong. the rice is hard and undercooked! I tried it again a second time and it was still undercooked.
