Honestly, not worth it. I’ve eaten at other Mexican restaurants, but this felt like homemade food and not in a good way. The tacos with steak were tough and hard to chew. The nachos had no flavor. We were sitting there for a friend’s birthday enjoying our drinks and conversation when the waitress suddenly rushed over and brought out the cake with candles. Clearly in a hurry. I understand maybe she wanted to leave early, around 9:30, but the restaurant says it's open until 11. It honestly felt like we were being pushed out. Her service was rushed in every way. That’s why I’m leaving this 2-star review. Mostly for the nice interior decor.

Service was really slow and tacos were dry But guacamole and ceviche were delicious The waitress was super nice but she was waiting for too many tables at a time so catching her attention was a task.

The staff were amazing. However, sorry to say the food looked like it was going to be delicious but was very disappointing. The birria tacos had clumps of fat in them and even some pieces of another meat. Perhaps chicken or pork that left a not so delicious lingering taste. When asked if I wanted a refill on my soda I was charged another $5 for a soda served in a tall narrow high ball glass. A 20% gratuity was charged automatically on my bill which was not disclosed. It wasn't until after I looked at my receipt did I realize it. I was planning on giving the waitress a cash tip which would have been more than the 20% as I did not want it on my credit card. Again the workers were all wonderful but sorry to say the food was definitely not worth the price. Taco Bell would've been a tastier option. Definitely will not be revisiting.

I've been to Rosa Mexicano in Ardmore before and had a great experience, so this visit was especially disappointing. The tableside guacamole and fresh chips were excellent—still a standout and made perfectly. But the lobster taquitos were clearly rancid. The smell hit immediately, and I had to spit the bite out. Our server acknowledged the odor and said the manager would “take care of it,” but no one ever came to the table to check in or apologize. That lack of follow-up made the situation worse. We didn't eat the dish, and it was taken off the bill—but it left a bad impression. The shrimp and chicken fajitas were decent, but only came with four very small corn tortillas—nowhere near enough for a portion served. I've enjoyed this restaurant before, but rancid food and no manager follow-up really lower my trust. Sadly, I don't see myself returning.
Rosa Mexicano was a significant disappointment and I wouldn't recommend it. They seem to engage in deceptive practices, adding extra charges for items that appear to be included on the menu. The food itself was subpar, especially for the price, and the service was mediocre at best. Overall, it's vastly overpriced for a truly underwhelming experience. Save your money and go elsewhere.

Kat kindly reached out to us(New Horizons Senior Center) and offered some samples. They were delicious and the Seniors devoured them! Hopefully, we can consider using them for catering at a future event.

Chicken mole outstanding delivered with excellent customer service. I liked the mushroom enchilada
My work colleagues and I went to lunch there for Taco Tuesday, half price tacos! The tableside guacamole was amazing. Shrimp tempura tacos were fabulous. I shared a duck carnitas taco with one of my friends and enjoyed it very much, but thought it would have been more flavorful with a little more spice or salsa on it. The server was very attentive and friendly, checking on our needs frequently. Though the prices are a little high, the food is very good and the atmosphere is lovely. The air-conditioning was working so well that we asked them to turn the temperature up just a bit, which the manager did for us. Overall we were all very happy with the dining experience.
I wanna start by saying that , I absolutely loveee Rosa Mexicano ! However, I was extremely disappointed in the service that I had received! We were celebrating Father's Day here because this is my husband's favorite spot ! Isabella our sever was nice in terms of her personality but she was by far the worst server that I have experienced at Rosa ! She was not attentive but we watched her attend to the other tables . We did not receive any water but the other tables did. My appetizers came out with the entrees which defeated the purpose of a “starter”, my toddlers two taco meal came out later than all of the food . She did not clear the table so there was no room to eat I had to ask the manager to clear the table as she was walking by . Isabella did not ask if we were good only when her manager was present in the dining area. My daughter's meal was suppose to come with a drink which I was charged for separately at the adult price . Also , she never received the ice cream that was suppose to come with the meal , we were never asked if we wanted it but I was so over the experience that I didn't even bother to ask for it . I most likely will not come back or recommend this restaurant ever again which is upsetting because we once loved it ! I suggest more training for your severs .

During my 1st visit i had nachos that were amazing so i came back for a full meal... wish i hadn't. Had the quac - it was mid. I wanted it spicy but the peppers had no kick at all and there was no salt so just bland. My enchilada was ok. The Mexican rice was plain. Agian nooo flavor but the kicker was the charges on the receipt which did not match the menu. I had $9 worth of extra charges! Watch your pockets they def up to some shenanigans. Lastly our waiter kept disappearing! Only after i left did i notice that they only adjusted my check back $6 not $9 ! Nope wont be returning

We were seated in the atrium area to the right of the bar. The music and other table's noise-level were so loud we could not have any meaningful conversation. We requested the music to be turned down and our request was honored. We ordered table side guacamole that tasted very good. However this was presented to us at the same time as our meals, so there was a lack of coordination between the kitchen, server, and guacamole maker. They were taking away the small chips plates before the guacamole was placed on the table. I requested they remain on the table and was treated rudely by the server. Poblano pepper entree was served warm. It consisted of a single pepper which was unsatisfying. The duck carnitas were tasteless and had a 2 inch piece of gristle in the meat layer Salad was fine and corn side was very good and hot when it arrived. Surf and turf enchilada was average. Flan for desert was the best part of the meal. It had great flavor and was rich and creamy. We had to request our check from the hostess as the server was no where to be found and we were anxious to leave. This was an all around disappointing dining experience. Moreover, the restaurant reported we were a no show to our reservation. Our $180.00 bill for 4 without drinks was not well spent here. We can only hope the honest feedback will spur some improvements to the establishment. Someone experienced should be running and coordinating front of the house.
Pleasantly surprised with "taco Tuesday"....half price tacos! Tableside guac is ALWAYS the main attraction for us!
