Make sure you call ahead to confirm opening or visit at your own risk. We visited 3 times in the past few months only to find the restaurant closed with a notice at the door. They don’t really update Google Maps when it happens.
This local restaurant features authentic Xi'an-style noodles and traditional Chinese dim sums, showcasing a rich culinary heritage. I especially enjoy the belt-thick Biangbiang noodles, handcrafted daily by skilled chefs and served with a hearty, savory meat sauce that highlights their al dente texture. The hot sour soup they offer, brewed with a delicate balance of vinegar and white pepper, is regarded as the best in town, offering a tangy complement to the other dishes....
Food is authentic, noodles are fresh and bouncy.
