The food is amazing... The service was fast and attentive... Great atmosphere... All around amazing family owned business... I would recommend to everyone to stop what your doing and have dinner at Kelsey's restaurant in Ashley PA... You won't be disappointed!
Was here for a funeral dinner today. The staff is polite and helpful. You don't have to wait very long for someone to ask you if you want anything. The food was very good. Their chicken and beef entrees are delicious. Pasta was good. The salad was fresh and the dressing choices were good.

First time at Kelsey's and it didn't disappoint. I had no idea they had bagpipers coming and they were awesome. I tried to compare the burnt pizza to Newtown Cafe. Kelsey's has a sweeter taste to it. We started with the Crabby fries and Maria Caesar salad with shrimp. Everything was absolutely delicious.
