“We happened upon this restaurant while we were visiting Scranton for the Italian Festival. We walked in on Sunday afternoon and the bar was open and they allowed us to have a drink and cool off. After speaking with Jennifer about a reservation for later in the evening she put us in touch Benny, the owner. He said they could accommodate our party of eight for a 6pm reservation. Angelica was our primary server but others, including Benny jumped in a gave us a great experience! All of us walked away with one of the best restaurant experiences we ever had. And the crazy thing is with the festival going on right outside their doors and being crazy busy they did an exceptional job making sure we always had a beverage and communicating with us! Was our final night in Scranton and it was by far the best night! Thank you all and definitely recommend this place to anyone!“

“I have dined here several times and the food was awsome. I had the crabcakes. I was really excited to see two large crabcakes. I was a little confused as why they would serve with mashed potato's but I went with the flow. Honestly they were the worst crabcakes ever. No taste. All breading!. Insult to injury..our server took my plate back and I heard nothing! Not the servers fault.. he was awsome. I will not be back because chefs should stand behind their food.“

“We’ve been here several times, always happy with our meals but had a particularly great server experience tonite. Megan H was wonderful! She is so kind and pleasant. She is very attentive and picked up on my daughter not enjoying her lemonade(too sweet & sour) and offered to bring another drink right over. “We used Grico’s to cater our wedding and they were fantastic to work with. The catering manager, Marissa, was so easy to communicate with and promptly answered any questions that came up. They had a great selection of meal options and we chose the chicken francaise, blackened salmon with raspberry sauce, and filet mignon. All food choices were INCREDIBLE and all our guests were raving how great the food was. The service was top notch and the bartenders kept our drinks full all night. 10/10 service. We recommend Grico’s to anyone looking for an affordable wedding caterer!“

“The only "seafood" I consume is Haddock , Cod, Halibut and Tilapia, but: this is the one and only place I would and do purchase these from. Always clean, friendly staff, and excellent products. If you're not in the mood to cook, try their cooked meals, platters, etc. Have been purchasing from here for years and will continue to do so.“

“We came to this restaurant on our second night in town. The hostess sat us next to a window where we could watch the creek. As we were waiting for our food, we were able to watch the employees make sushi which was kind of cool. Our server was extremely dry and not friendly at all. We ordered a beef and asparagus appetizer which neither of us had seen before. This was sooo good. I ordered salmon hibachi, the person I was with got the duck. Both meals were well seasoned, had a lot of flavor, and had great portion sizes. The dollar amount for the meals weren't bad.“

“It's long john silvers there isn't much more to say. I love that fish and chicken platter. It's so good with some distilled vinegar on it. It's so good in fact it makes up for the crappy service that all the long john silvers have. You don't go here for the service. You go here because you wanna pig out like the animal you are.“
