Loch Nairn Golf Club

The course has a pretty nice layout with some challenging holes. This is the last season the course will.be open. One of the club house employees said the township is turning part of the course into a park. They don't really know the exact close date, but when the season is over this course will cease to exist. We were given a gift card to the Tavern as it was a local place we had but been. Originally we had planned to go to the Farmhouse but it isn't currently open so we went to the Tavern instead. The inside is spacious and has a good view of the golf course. We were there on a Saturday evening and it looked like the room was about 3/4 full. The food was upscale pub food and was very good. Decent and fairly challenging course but the tee boxes could be numbered better. Greens and fairways are well maintained. If the course will be closing at the end of 2022 I would imagine that the quality of the course may go down over time.
