Found this place on google and was so pleasantly surprised. I needed a place to grab a matcha and work for a while. Theis was a great barista and him and I were able to chat between customers. I was there for a few hours and he greeted every customer with a smile, great service and a quick chat. Many regular customers were happy to see him while grabbing their drinks. Will defiantly be back again!
TICE IS NICE!! I hope I spelt his name right but that man serves the best cup of cappuccino I’ve ever had. Customer service is absolutely phenomenal, walk away with a smile everytime.
Top Hat Coffee Lounge is a hidden gem. It's located within Bala Plaza which makes finding this shop an intentional act. However, your efforts will be rewarded with a friendly greeting from a professional barista and a perfect drink. The quiet atmosphere and the public wifi make for a comfortable stay.
