A very good store with reasonably good customer service. I like the ambiance of the interior environment too.
Part of the experience of Starbucks depends on the employees who are working there at the time of your visit.
I liked their remodel and their food but I was kinda annoyed by the flies

Based on the reviews, Starbucks Coffee Company is a recently remodeled location that is now much cozier with way more sofas and soft chairs. The new pickup area is much better laid out. The customer-service is decent, and the place is always clean and tidy. It is a great place for a business meeting or to do some work on the computer, with free wifi. The Honey Citrus Mint Tea and Hot Chocolate are enjoyable while working or studying. Orders are always on time and ready when ordered on the app. It is a nice location off of Montgomery Avenue. However, some dietary restrictions are a concern, as decaf espresso is expensive and there is a 70 cent extra charge for oat milk, making a cup of coffee feel too costly. The challenge sometimes is getting a seat, as it is very conducive to work.
