staff was so mean!! i know customer service is not a fun job to have, so i usually give workers some grace. but the woman taking orders was so so rude.
the workers were so mean like what do u mean ur gonna roll ur eyes at me at 9 am i just want my coffee :(
Cashier Christine truly made my day. I stopped at this location on my way to work, not realizing it was on a college campus. I tried to pay with my Starbucks app since my work card is connected to it, but the scanner wasn’t able to process it. Christine and I joked about how my company usually pays for my coffee, not me, since I was reluctant to pull out my personal Visa.
As I was about to use Apple Pay instead, she surprised me by comping my coffee. It was such a kind gesture.
