Buzzing! Very busy at rush hour so if you can wait, no worries, or just go in after the rush and immediate service, friendly staff remembered us each morning?Dietary restrictions: I’m dairy and gluten intolerant but they have several substitute options and GF options as well

Tried giving them a second chance because they are close to my home but I am completely done going here. Have entitled lacrosse players jumping the line and being very rude during a busy rush hour, I’m assuming. Placed my order and still received my order AFTER the people who were in line behind me. Literally watched her stop my drink mid way to make there’s. If they want to bow down and serve there entitled rude student athletes that’s fine. I am fine with driving a little longer to get great customer service.

I wanted a flat white and ended up with an iced latte....? My dad literally showed them a pic of the order. I don't understand how I got a totally different drink. Was it confusing that I wanted foam on top?

This is actually a minus - 0 Stars Rating. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take Starbucks out of the hood!! I have actually never been to this location. I am an African American woman. And I live in close proximity to this Starbucks location on City Line Avenue. I get my nails done at a spa on the main line. So I decided to stop and have a caramel macchiato. I walked in to the establishment, there were four or five Associates all behind the counter. They were all African-American, with the exception of one who was possibly Latina, and not one of them acknowledged my entry to the store. I watched them all walk around making brief eye contact with me, and then I overheard one of the females standing to the left of me, say can someone get the customer at the register. Starbucks is considered premium level coffee, and the brand of Starbucks is always supposedly superb service friendly customer service and speedy service. When I overheard her say that, I said to them all, I have never been to a Starbucks and had to stand and wait this long to be acknowledged. Like I said and I am a black woman, you can't have everything in the hood. I'd rather go to a Starbucks in Wayne PA Narberth Bryn Mawr, etc with the staff that are primarily caucasian, and receive service will mimic what you see on the TV commercials. Why is it that whenever our people, meaning black people encompass an environment, it always takes on a hood vibe. PLEASE PLEASE PLEASE take Starbucks out of the hood!! Remove Starbucks from City Line Avenue!!! I am on my way to Dunkin Donuts.... SMDH

Umm, it's Starbucks. Coffees and the like. Do you really need a review of this place? Ok well, it is exactly like you would think. Frappucinno, cappuccino etc.

I got a iced mocha and they made iced chocolate milk that was so sweet and that I just threw it out. If you go to saint josephs university you should boycott them, they are horrible and they kicked us out 5 min before closing and it was 2pm in the afternoon. What Starbucks kicks people out at 2pm. Overall this was a waist of money, time and calories.

Not sure where this Starbucks came from maybe this is the Starbucks 2nd generation. My hairdresser told me to bypass this one and just go to city Ave. but it was rushing. Needless to say I should’ve. Staff waNt rude actually polite. But no rewards system like are you kidding me I live for the rewards lol and I had to pay for extra juice in my drink with no ice. Like where do they do that at & since when? I’ll be skipping this one & I’ll tell my Starbucker friends to do the same. Lol
