“First time there today & it was a great calm atmosphere…It is an old diner & had a great Breakfast & my dad & I got our food quickly…“

“Tried this place a few times about a yr or more ago and the place was meh at best. I said forget this place.
Then Saturday I decided to give it another go and the food was great!! I will definitely be going back soon. I hope we get the same great food.
I'll come back and update.

Give it a try!“

“finally had a chance to try the wings and they were delicious! I'll be trying out some other stuff eventually“

“I love this place for uncomplicated comfort food and affordable, highly customizable ice cream desserts. 50's vibe is an escape from commonplace decor and adds to the charm. Bring your antique ride and a couple of friends to add to the adventure.“

“Food is great! I’ve been coming here for years with previous owner and it’s nice to see some staff hasn’t changed! my waitress Desiree always greets you with a smile and I was t happy to see she stayed with new owner . Keep up the great work to all Staff!!!“

“It’s the BEST place for breakfast locally! Fun and attentive staff, great family run business! And super yummy! Pierogi fries- To. Die. For!“

“My significant other and I had a delicious dinner that ended with the best banana split we’ve tasted in Lehigh, Berks and Northampton Counties. Out waitress was attentive and knowledgeable. She made sure our meals were as described and made sure our glasses stayed full. We are looking for many more delicious memories with you and your staff.“

“This is now our favorite diner in the lehigh valley. The food came out fast and hot. Everything was wonderful! Our waitress was a delight. Im bringing my parents in over the weekend. The only issue was that you don't have many sides to pick from. I changed my order because of that and picked breakfast. Which was outstanding! Thank you for great food, great service. We will be back!“

“Fantastic food, cooked to perfection. Generous portions. The well done home fries were crispy throughout, not just on the top. Delicious thick cut rye bread, well toasted. Coffee was fresh, hot, and tasty. Very reasonable prices. Our first time here, but we'll definitely be back!“

“Went there for breakfast. Super friendly owners and staff. The coffee was very good and the food was amazing !! Definately a place to eat at when in the area . I highly recommend the Bistro Omelette but anythig you order seems to be a good choice !!!“

“Early run this morning, I came in first thing hoping for some healthy food. I was served a beautiful plate of eggs with veggies right off of my healthy eating list! Tomatoes slices on the side as suggested by my waitress....I feel great after eating! There are certainly some tempting delights right as I walk in the door but also a place for a healthy bite and a quick break before the drive back! :)“

“I've been searching for the past year or more for a good traditional breakfast place.
I landed at Palmer Diner. From the intersection of 248 at the Palmer Park mall, it is hidden by gas station at the light.
The minute I walked in, I was shocked at how small and cozy with small bench seat individual seating areas as well as a small upfront counter with stool seating. I look around and the floor and it is the cleanest place you will visit.
Waitress is immediately attending to your requests and the food is really, really good. Even homemade potatoes the way it was always offered.
The linked sausage is truly unique in looks and great taste....like homemade.
Coffee is good and a small carafe left at table for refilling or topping off anytime you need.
Prices are so reasonable compared to other breakfast restaurants.
I would highly recommend a and don't be taken back or leave if you see the only 4-parking spots out front. Drive along the right side of building as you face it and find plenty more parking! You'll actually be behind the Jiffy Lube business. Owner is cook and this location been here longer than my age.
Great place for women as it is so clean, quaint and private feel in booths.
Finally found what I was looking for and I would know after googling breakfast places for so long.“

“My husband and I went for lunch last Friday. I ordered a ham and cheese omelette with home fries. The home fries were so hard and dry they were not edible (obviously left over from the breakfast crowd). Two hours later I had severe stomach cramps and diarrhea. Wednesday (5 days later which is incubation time for COVID) I tested positive. I will NEVER go there again!“

“A quaint affordable diner with good food and a friendly staff.“

“This is a great place to work with great food to accompany the well treated staff! The owner loves what he does it is truly his passion - you can tell when you taste his food! I am proud to say I work here, and see a smile on all of our customers faces!“

“This seems to be a pretty small diner but they make up for that with their great service and amazing food. Very clean establishment. Walking in was greeted then seated by a polite hostess. Great server, then took the order. The food came out, plated very nicely, it was hot and tasted very good. So the cook/s must be pretty good too. It’s important that I mention one other thing, the prices were excellent.“

“We haven't been at sunrise in years because bad food, dirty and very very poor service I would have to say at least 5 years. Well we went in on Thursday night late and to much surprise great service and food was great. They even have regular fries where the actually use fresh potatoes not frozen battered crap. And get this they are open till 10 pm. We will give a try again. Don't know if someone else took over or what but much cleaner and service and food much better.“

“Service was amazing! Our server was Katrina. Very accommodating.“

“I ordered for the first time from here today and OMG I'm hooked well see me often now best flavors in the area hands down God bless the hands that cooked my meal 🙌 😍😍🤗🤗“

“Wow! Fresh vegetables, fantastic soup made in-house, and Flounder that exceeded expectations. It's outside of my usual area but came recommended, so I had to stop by while in the area. Another diner that has had a modern make-over (as most in the greater Lehigh Valley have). Formerly Dempsey's, a renovated 1960's De Raffele diner with flair and is twice as impressive inside as outside.“

“Excellent Food. Great value for what you get.“

“The food has gotten better since my last review 3 years ago, hats off to the cooks. Started going back this year, staff is great except still lacking in enough staffing diring busy times. Only thing upset about, I love there smoothies, when you order them to go, you get about half of what you get while dining in! won't be ordering drinks to go anymore!!!“
