I ordered 2 footlongs using the Subway app for pick up at 6:30 on May 9th, 2026. Arrived at the store at 628, two employees were sitting down at a table, no one behind the counter. When I walked up to the counter one of the employees got up and asked what we'd like. I explained to her that I placed an order online for pickup at 630. This poor girl working by her self no help. Is doing a great job. Shame on management for not giving her help especially during the after work dinner time grocery shop folks. She has a slew of people in line and online orders. A door dasher giving her crap. But she handled it very well.

The girl who made my sandwich was blue of hair and made an absolute banger sub. She was very diligent about asking my preferences. She didn't smash it when she cut it like most do. She took her time, portions were perfect and I appreciate the care she took in making a simple sub, look and taste fantastic. She knocked out my sub, my wife's, and sons by herself with dysfunctional equipment. Pink hair lady=booo poor service and no help behind the counter.
