“What a wonderful place!! The 50s decor is really upbeat... everything is spotlessly clean... the service is excellent... very friendly. There is outdoor seating if desired. And now the food.... the ice cream is beyond delicious! The hot dogs etc are great... and the French fries are the best! It is simply a wonderful place to enjoy!“

“Yes. It is. Dogs are great! Chocolate Malt is great! Fries are great! Atmosphere is something out of my 80s childhood!! I felt like I stepped back in time to an old hot dog shop my dad always took us to when I was growing up in the 80s! They have an awesome little room of 80s pinball machines and arcade games!! Games like Baby Pac Man and Jr Pac Man, that I haven't seen anywhere SINCE the 80s!! Even an old school tabletop Defender like you found in Pizza Hut!! For the past hour I just re-lived my childhood, and I am on top of the world right now!! 5 stars is not enough!!“

“I finally had a chance to try The Underdog Cafe this afternoon. I heard about their fancy hot dogs and was a little worried they would be sloppy to eat. Let me tell you, I had two of the best hot dogs I ever had. I ordered the Pizza Dog and the Reuben Dog. (And a plain hot dog with a side of sauerkraut for my wife to try.) The hot dogs were assembled like a work of art. You can tell the cook has a lot of pride in presenting his creations. I had to open my mouth a little wider than usual to take a bite of these 1/4 pound Nathan's hot dogs, but they were not sloppy at all and were right up there with the best tasting hot dogs. I also ordered fries (enough for two) and onion rings. Both were cooked perfectly and the fries had a nice amount of seasoning. The UC moved to its current location and there is now a parking lot to park in. If you prefer, you can substitute a Sabrett all beef sausage in any sandwich. They can consider me a regular customer from now on!“

“Friendly staff, tasty food, and reasonable prices. We’ve already been back a second time! The ingredients taste extremely fresh, The Shrek has jalapeño and avocado (amongst other things) and they were crisp fresh jalapeños and firm but ripe avocado. The only draw back is they didn’t have ice for our soda and I’m a sucker for really cold soda (a small thing that was probably me being picky).Parking: 4 parking spots and 1 handicap spot in a private lot behind the building. There is also other parking availableKid-friendliness: They had games on the tables for kids to play with, and it’s a hot dog burger and ice cream shop!Wheelchair accessibility: They have one wheelchair parking spot that is directly next to the walkway in. When parking in their lot and wrapping around the building you are on one level. The bathroom is also extremely spacious if you need to deal with a chair and transferring.“
