“Placed online order for 3 topping large pizza. Realized after pick up that 2 of the slices had only 2 of the 3 toppings. Not a big deal but when I received a survey from Pizza Hut to share my thoughts about my recent order, I noted the missing topping. We have ordered from this Hut many times and have always had good experiences so I completed all positives on the rest of the survey. Within minutes of submitting the survey I received a call from the manager apologizing and offered to compensate for the mistake. To me that is great customer service.“
