“Thankful for how well the staff catered to our group of 37 without a hitch! Our server kept every drink, order, and bill straight with ease! The bartending and kitchen staff had food and drinks out quickly despite having a restaurant full of other guests along with our party! “Honestly, this is one of the best places I’ve been to! The service is always amazing, and the people who work there are so friendly, welcoming, and respectful. Everyone communicates with each other very well, and you can tell that the team actually cares about their customers and takes pride in what they do. The food is always fresh, delicious, and made with care. You can really tell when a place has a great team behind it, and this place definitely does! I’ve always had a great experience here and would highly recommend it to anyone looking for great food, great service, and an overall welcoming atmosphere. Definitely one of the best! ❤“

“We ordered via the app tonight, and there was an internet pricing problem, which we were overcharged. We called, and were greeted by Emily, who was VERY professional and listened to our issue. She asked us to hold a second, and Sarah(the GM) came on. We explained our issue to her, and she told us that since it was an internet issue, she couldnt do anything about it. She then told us that she would be voiding our CC payment and sending the order for free! THIS DEFINITELY goes WAYYY over & above what was expected, as we were overcharged by about $5. This store DEFINITELY cares about its customers!! PHENOMENAL JOB TONIGHT!!!!“

“We absolutely love Ladder House Bar & Grill! It’s one of our favorite local places to grab a pick up order or stop in for a quick bite to eat, and everything we’ve tried has always been delicious. We also love being able to support a great local restaurant!
Their Cobb salad is hands down my favorite, it’s always fresh, loaded with toppings, and their blue cheese is AMAZING! Seriously, if you love blue cheese, you have to try it. I also love their Reuben.
Great food, great atmosphere, and a wonderful local spot that never disappoints. Definitely recommend!“

“This was the best Ledo’s we’ve been to! The food was fresh and delicious. We ordered online and included a slice of carrot cake; when we got there they were out but they kindly gave us a couple cupcakes to make up for it. The staff were so friendly and nice, we’ll be back soon!“

“First time in and was an excellent experience. Atmosphere was very clean and staff was very friendly. The food was excellent. Definitely get your bang for your buck! We had wings, chicken bacon ranch cheese quesadilla, and the best brisket nachos ever!!! Sweet tea is excellent 👌 If you haven't stopped in yet, you're missing out! Definitely will be coming back for more in the future!“
