We ordered via the app tonight, and there was an internet pricing problem, which we were overcharged. We called, and were greeted by Emily, who was VERY professional and listened to our issue. She asked us to hold a second, and Sarah(the GM) came on. We explained our issue to her, and she told us that since it was an internet issue, she couldnt do anything about it. Whoever made my pizza each time I ordered is the bomb! This is the ONLY location that hooks you up with toppings. Pizza was 🔥🔥🔥
There was a mistake made on my delivery order and I understand mistakes happen so I called into the store, the woman who answered the phone was so courteous and helpful and didnt make me feel like I was out of line for making a complaint. She fixed my pizza and sent a new one out with no trouble whatsoever and I couldnt be more pleased with her service.
