We run a rental company and Big John's products and service are great! I like the availability of parts and they are easy to fix. Their grills and griddles are heavy duty and last forever. We are a rental company out of Tewksbury, MA and have been buying Big John Grills for over 20 years. They have amazing customer service and Devin is always helpful whenever we need help or want to place an order. They have great quality products and we would recommend to anyone thinking about purchasing a grill or rotisserie.

These grills are best. Easy transport and cleaning.they are worth every penny. I bought my grill 7 years ago and still going strong with no problems. I just ordered a cooker for large pots of ( lobster,corn or chili)
