This location is so neat. They do this cool thing I’ve never seen anywhere else where you can order the same thing every time you go, and every time you go, you’ll get something different! It really keeps you on your toes. It’s like an allegory for life. Sometimes you don’t get what you want.
They appear to have taken this philosophy too far. The last time I visited this restaurant I got a completely different drink than I ordered. Usually, I would get what I ordered, but the proportions would be wrong (too sugary, wrong consistency, etc.) This time, all caution to the wind: you ordered a frozen mocha? We think you actually want an iced hazelnut.
There are definite pros and cons to this approach. I, however, prefer to get the type of drink I ordered. I already could accept that they would never make it the same way twice, consistency isn’t something offered at this Dunkin, but to completely disregard the style and type of drink is just a little bit too exciting for me

how can you sever someone burnt to a crisp food that you can even eat? every bite of the sandwich i bought you could only taste a burnt flavor. this seem to happen A LOT where they are severing straight up burnt food, and that should not be acceptable. don’t get the sandwiches unless you like to eat burnt food!

Stop here very often with my son. Always friendly customer service in the morning. Place is always clean, even the bathrooms. Its our weekly Friday stop as a treat.

This Dunkin messes everything up every single time. The male employee who was in the drive thru not only dumped half of our one drink down the side of the door but also then decided to have an attitude when told that he got the order wrong at the speaker and we asked for napkins. This is beyond unprofessional. This employee is like this all the time getting pissed of at us when he screws up. He looks to be a manager and if that’s the case he shouldn’t be.

Extremely disappointing. Stopped in for an order around 7am. Stood at the counter for several minutes. Had two employees look at me. The filled a drive-through order. The one looked at me again and walked away. I left without spending any money and will not be back. Who treats customers that way? Very disappointing experience.

As someone who used to work for Dunkin as their baker, you have one job and you aren't even glazing the whole donut, and every single time I order Munchkins they have no glaze so I just stopped ordering them all together, and the bubbles in glaze means your burning it and you're leaving them in the oven too long, y'all need to do better. You're known for you donuts at least do them properly.

This Dunkin consistently does not have mobile orders ready, even when they are ordered 20 minutes prior to showing up. The staff ignore people standing at the counter waiting for mobile orders. I’ve watched people try to ask staff about their orders and literally get ignored….My friend and I went today and she had ordered mobile for drive thru but the line was long so she went inside to see if it was done and not a single person spoke to her or asked what she was waiting on after being in there for 10 minutes so we finally went through the drive thru and her order was done sitting next to the register. Bad service, staff needs better training. I’ve never gone to any other dunkin and had to wait for a mobile order for 10+ minutes.

I recently moved to the area. My job is typically work from home therefore I usually go to Dunkin before I start my day. I have two dogs who look forward to the car ride there and back every morning and I always get an order of plain snackin bacon to share with them. However, unlike the dozens of Dunkin’s I’ve done that with, this particular Dunkin told me they are not permitted to sell me plain bacon, even though genuinely every one I’ve ever been to happily does so (including nearby Centre Hall and State College)

I'm pretty sure I got a medium in large cup. When I asked them about it they said it was pre-measured so sorry. I get things drink often from other locations. You cannot tell me this is normal.
