My husband and I stop in for breakfast before work occasionally today was particularly disappointing we waited almost 20 minutes for our food and then let the employees know that the only soda machine that was working was out of soda the one employee turned to me me and shouted it is not it can't be another gentleman standing there checked the machine and yes it was and instead of just filling our drinks in the back she just slammed empty cups on the counter this employee was very rude and ignorant not someone I'd want representing my business

The worst fast food meal in the county. Food was cold, order was wrong, food was so over cooked that they some how managed to make it tough. Terrible, will not go back or recommend.
I’ve never experienced such repeated incompetence from McDonald’s - messed up my order not once, but three separate times—all during the same visit. The employee at the drive thru seemed noticeably under the influence. To make matters worse, when I pointed out a missing item, he brought it out to me with his bare hand, as if that made things better. I tried to contact a manager to address the situation, but no one answers the phone—and there's not even a voicemail option. Clearly, customer service is not a priority at this location.
