Always have to order with the mobile app or the kiosk since there is no menu to look at. Layout of the drive through is terrible. You literally have to drive around the building twice to leave after ordering food from the drive through. And on top of that my most recent visit I ordered a simple big Mac with no onions or pickles and extra Mac sauce and when I got it, it had no sauce on it. I went back in and told them and they said they would get me a new one but this time I got one that had extra sauce and no pickles which was right except it came with onions! I was at the point that I gave up and didn’t go back in but the point is how hard can it be to follow 3 customizations to my Big Mac? I’m not asking for much. May or may not go back to this place and I won’t be recommending it to anyone.

Second time in this new restaurant and it's the second time my young child and I had to listen to foul language and the male staff calling women all kinds of words. Don't expect service at the counter. Watched a customer walk out after waiting 15mins to order food when none of the staff came out front.

This location is clean and very upkept. The service is terrible, the food is about the same. My co-workers and I put together an order, and when I got back to work and noticed that part of my order was missing, I drove back over and let them know what was missing and was met with an attitude. If it weren't for Sheetz being under construction and Rutters taking so long, I'd never go here again.

The design of this store can be frustrating to senior. On a prior visit, no help was offered to place an order with the kiosks. The seniors left. Very poor customer service.

This McDonald's has really gone downhill since it's opening. The food used to be fresh and delicious, but recently it has been old, half cooked, or just tastes off.

I was very excited about this mcdonalds opening. Since they have opened i have gone twice with bad experiences with their food. I wanted to try the chicken big Mac, and again the food I received was no where near hot and fresh. Chicken was tried out and barely warm. Very disappointed. Not the first time this has happened.

This place is very clean. Not only were the fries some of THEE BEST fries I've ever had at a mc Donald's. But the young gentleman actually came to everytable and made sure everyone was good and everything tasted fine. He also greated and said goodbye to all the customers he passed. (He has short curly hair) 10/10. I started writing this even before we left.
We came to the drive-thru at 6:15 on a Saturday night to get milkshakes. We were told the shake machine was clean so we couldn't get shakes. They are open until 11 I'm not sure why the shake machines are closed 5 hours before they close.

Just ordered online, it literally tells me on the door dash app I can show them through the drive through, just for me to get there and then tell me "I have to use the lobby" I literally don't have time for that. So $10 down the drain, this is the worst McDonald's in Centre County, food is always wrong or cold, or in this case they're just lazy.

My daughter came through the drive through for her first time being 16 with a permit and the male manager yelled profanity at her for making a mistake while ordering her food because she was nervous. No adult should act like that, especially to a kid. This McDonald's has been a letdown from the start. The service is always slow, and the staff isn’t friendly at all. It’s not run well, unlike the other McDonald’s down the road. They need to get a new manager who knows what they’re doing and respects customers. I won’t be going back until they fix things. If you can, stay away from this place.
